Your portfolio—whether through work samples or your personal website—will highlight your ability to work across a variety of aesthetics and your experience in vibe coding or similar collaborative design methods with AI models. Why You're a Great Fit You're an ideal candidate if you: Have experience designing or developing interactive websites, apps, or digital products in collaboration with AI tools. Demonstrate strong aesthetic judgment and versatile design capabilities. Can showcase a diverse and impressive portfolio (via samples or a personal website). Are comfortable with iterative, AI-assisted design processes (e.g., "vibe coding"). Possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Role Highlights Collaborate directly with cutting-edge AI models to produce dynamic, high-quality web and interface designs. Experiment with diverse visual styles and design approaches. Participate in a flexible and fully remote working environment. Initial project scope of 1–2 months, with opportunities for continued collaboration. Work commitment of approximately 10–20 hours per week, scalable based on availability and project needs. Compensation and Legal Details Compensation is negotiable and will be hourly. With respect to pay and legal status: You will be legally classified as an hourly contractor for Mercor. We will pay you out at the end of each week via Stripe Connect.
