Position Overview
The Veterinary Practice Manager oversees the daily operations of the veterinary clinic, including the spay/neuter program, vaccine clinics, and wellness appointments. This role ensures efficient scheduling, effective personnel management, accurate budgeting, and smooth operational flow, while maintaining high standards of patient care and customer service. A Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) credential is required.

Required Qualifications - Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) credential.
- 3–5 years of experience in veterinary clinic management.
- Strong knowledge of spay/neuter surgery procedures, vaccine administration, and wellness services.
- Proficiency in veterinary practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven skills in budgeting, purchasing, and inventory management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
