About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Underground Natural Gas Construction Manager to launch and lead a new division specializing in underground natural gas infrastructure. This is a ground-floor opportunity for a driven leader who can establish and grow a successful operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and oversee a new underground natural gas construction division.
- Manage the installation of gas mains and house services.
- Recruit, mobilize, and supervise qualified and experienced gas crews.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Oversee bidding, estimating, and project execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and utility providers.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in installing residential gas systems.
- Proven leadership in underground natural gas construction.
- Access to skilled gas crews capable of executing pipeline and service installations.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local gas construction regulations.
- Experience in estimating, bidding, and managing project budgets.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
