Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Location: Reston, VA

Duration: 12 months (with potential to extend) with Possible fulltime Conversion

Payrate : $65 to $70/hr

Role Focus:

• Work on complex workflows in an existing application
• Salesforce Lightning (or similar design system)
• Workflow design, wireframing, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups
• Conduct usability testing, user interviews, surveys

Key Tools & Skills:

• Figma
• Strong communication skills – asking the right questions, engaging with customer personas (e.g., lender shops)
• Agile methodology experience
• Understanding of pricing & customer engagement
• Multifamily experience – plus but not mandatory
