5x8 Mid shift, every other weekend, hurricane, holiday
12:30pm - 9pm schedule

Weekend requirement: Yes, every other
Certifications Required: FL State License, PharmD, IV Cert, Chemo/Hazardous Drug required.
Work setting experience required: Inpatient acute care required. Children's hospital preferred.
