Uniti Med is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Iron Mountain, Michigan.

Job Description & Requirements

• Shift: 8 hours, days

Required: 2yrs exp, BLS, Oasis and Kinnser experience, MI & WI state licenses required

 

Specialty - Home Health

Unit - Home Health - Home Health/Hospice RN

Shift - Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)

 

Every 4th or 5th weekend required On call evening rotation a few times per month No holiday RTO - holidays as needed

 

Works with home health and hospice patients Works with Adults & Geriatrics

 

Hospital is located in Michigan on the MI/WI border 

Will work with patients located in MI and WI 

Eligible for mileage reimbursement following the IRS mileage rules 

Facility also has fleet cars available

 

Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only

COVID-19 Vaccine: Not Required
