Job Description & RequirementsRadius Rule: Contractors must be outside a 50 mile radius\nCVOR FIRST ASSIST\nGuaranteed Hours per Week: 40 hrs\nShift Requirements: Variable day shifts. 630-1500 daily shift. \nOn Call/Call-Back: 1 night a week, 1 backup call a week and then 1 weekend per month\nRequired Certifications: AHA BLS, Certified Surgical First Assistant NBSTS or NSAA.\nMinimum Experience: 3+ year experience in cardiac. FIRST ASSIST EXPERIENCE CVOR. \nPrior Travel REQUIRED.\nTrauma II experience REQUIRED.\nUnit Specific skillset: CVOR\nRequired skillset: FA CVOR\nEndoscopic vein harvesting needed for this position.\nCVOR FA will do the full array of on and off pump CABG, valve replacements, and some robotics cases. Facility used DaVinci.
