Reporting to the Director of Training, the Training Coordinator is a crucial part of the development to employees and our brands. This role supports the growth and confidence of our team by designing and delivering exceptional onboarding experiences, curating tools that help employees thrive in their roles, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. You’ll be the person people turn to when they need clarity, structure, or confidence in navigating new systems, processes, or projects.

Key Focus Areas

Employee Onboarding & Early Engagement
You’ll be the welcoming face for new employees and ensure their transition into the organization is thoughtful, clear, and inspiring. From building personalized training plans to leading engaging orientation sessions, you’ll create a launchpad for long-term success.
• Guide new hires through orientation, highlighting company culture, values, and structure.
• Design and manage training plans.
• Monitor onboarding progress and offer ongoing touchpoints to ensure strong engagement.

Training Resources & Systems Enablement
You will empower employees with the tools and knowledge they need to work effectively across our systems and platforms. Your work will simplify the complex and make learning both intuitive and accessible.
• Maintain and optimize our learning management system.
• Create and refresh system training materials.
• Stay informed on internal platforms to educate users and update content as needed.

Cross-Departmental Knowledge Building
Acting as a bridge between departments, you’ll help translate internal processes into training that’s easy to follow, accurate, and supportive of employees in all roles.
• Partner with department leads to identify training gaps and develop relevant content.
• Offer ongoing support and refresher training to teams as needs evolve.

Project Support & Program Management
Whether launching a new internal program or supporting organizational change, you’ll bring structure and clarity through training. You’ll help employees navigate transitions while keeping teams aligned and informed.
• Support ad hoc training needs for new strategies, campaigns, or initiatives.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.

Continuous Improvement & Professional Growth

• Evaluate the effectiveness of trainings and recommend enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
o Education, Business, or Healthcare is preferred.
• 2-3 years of training experience.
• Experience with building educational resources and curriculum development, instructional design experience is preferred.
