We’re hiring a Tow Truck Dispatcher to join Rapid Towing – a fast-paced, locally trusted towing company. If you’re sharp, responsive, and reliable — and want to earn extra cash with a flexible remote schedule — this is your chance.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer company phone lines after hours
• Dispatch tow truck drivers quickly and accurately
• Calculate towing and storage charges
• Log job details and service calls
• Use basic iPhone apps to support dispatch
• Provide dependable overnight and weekend availability

You Must:

• Live in or near Rapid City, SD -- this is non-negotiable
• Be tech-comfortable (apps, GPS, phones)
• Have strong basic math skills
• Be calm under pressure and dependable
• Be available for 2 weekday nights + 1 weekend/month

Preferred But Not Required:

• Prior experience in dispatch, logistics, or customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent
