In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for evaluating title information for complex commercial transactions and guiding clients through the title insurance process. As a National Commercial Title Officer/Examiner, you'll ensure that all title reports are accurate and in compliance with state laws, while also addressing any potential title issues that may arise. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in title examination or a similar role, specifically within commercial transactions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of title insurance procedures, underwriting standards, surveys and relevant laws.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Proficiency in title software and search technology.
