Job Description
Scope of Position:
All-Fill, Inc., a leading supplier of packaging machinery, is seeking a Tig Welder to perform welding activities using the Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding process. Your expertise is needed to join various metals such as steel, aluminum, or stainless steel.
Principal Responsibilities:
Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine welding
requirements.
Selects appropriate material and method based on part requirements.
Measures, cuts, and welds pieces together according to specifications, blueprints, or
directions.
Align components using calipers, rulers, etc., and clamp pieces.
Clean and polish welds based on part requirements.
Maintains welding equipment and troubleshoot any malfunctions.
Maintains clean and orderly workspace.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Competencies:
Ability to complete welding projects with accuracy and precision.
Ability to safely use machinery and tools involved in welding work.
Ability to follow directions.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics to understand product assignments.
Knowledge and experience using tape measures, calipers, and micrometers.
Knowledge and experience using saws, grinders, polishing welds, etc.
Good verbal and written communication ability.
Ability to work alone and as a team.
Work Environment:
This position takes place within a clean, well-lit, and air-conditioned manufacturing facility.

Prolonged periods of standing and performing repetitive tasks.
Prolonged periods of lifting, reaching, and working on overhead structures.
Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral
vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Must have excellent hand-eye coordination.
Requires ability to walk, climb, stand, carry materials, stoop, kneel, and bend at the waist.
Must be able to climb a ladder.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.Some overtime is required as business needs dictate.
