Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Perform account reconciliations
- Processing business license renewals
- Updating historical and current business license data
- Possibility of handling E911 tax compliance including matching and mailing tax returns with tax checks
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Accounting background 2 years of experience Detail and process oriented
- Experience processing vendor payments including checks. Experience with general ledger account reconciliations
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills high proficiency in Excel
- Familiarity with tax return preparation or business license compliance is a plus
