Charisma Sailing is a US Sailing Accredited Sailing School with bases in Key West and Miami, Florida. We offer personalized pathways to sailing proficiency through private and group instruction and courses. Our instructors are passionate about sharing their extensive knowledge with both new and advanced sailors, and we focus on teaching environmental protection through experiential marine education.

Role Description

This is a local internship role for a Social Media Marketing Intern. The Social Media Marketing Intern will be responsible for creating and managing social media content, implementing digital marketing strategies, and other marketing communications. The intern will also support the team in creating social media ad campaigns and analyzing performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation skills
• Experience in digital marketing and marketing communications
• Strong written communication skills (English spelling and grammar)
• Knowledge of social media platforms and trends
• AI tool and prompt skills
• Graphic design basics
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience or interest in the sailing or marine industry is a plus
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree program in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Knowledge and interest in sailing education and marine protection preferred
