Social Media Manager

Role Overview
We’re looking for a full-time, in-person Social Media Manager who lives and breathes digital culture and knows how to turn scrolls into action. This role will lead both organic and paid social media strategies across all major platforms owning content creation, campaign management, community social engagement, and the visual identity of our social presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Organic Social Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
- Create, edit, and publish high-performing content that reflects The Fort’s brand and vibe
- Maintain the visual aesthetic and consistency of all social media channels
- Monitor trends and optimize for reach and engagement
Paid Social Media Campaigns
- Plan, build, and manage all paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Develop custom and lookalike audiences , especially through website retargeting
- Ensure all tracking pixels and analytics tools are correctly implemented and maintained
- Analyze performance and adjust strategy to meet campaign goals
Community Management
- Respond to DMs, comments, and tagged content
- Proactively engage with our audience and foster a positive, active community
- Maintain a consistent, on-brand voice across platforms
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Coordinate with teams across pickleball programming, pro shop, beach club, restaurant, and event space to source content and align messaging
- Bring new ideas to the table that integrate and elevate each vertical's initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in social media (organic + paid)
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, YouTube Studio, and analytics tools
- Strong content creation and editing skills (photo/video)
- Familiarity with platforms like Canva, Adobe Suite
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Bonus Points
- Experience in hospitality, sports, or lifestyle brands
- Strong eye for design and brand voice
- On-site content capture or influencer management skills
