Shift Supervisor – Night Shift
Location: Reading, PA
Schedule: Full-Time, Primarily Day Shift (some flexibility required)
Type: Direct Hire
Are you someone who enjoys leading a team and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re hiring a hands-on Production Supervisor to join our team in Reading, PA. This role will oversee second shift operations and help support overall plant performance. If you have leadership experience in a manufacturing setting, this could be a great fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support your team during the shift
- Coordinate shift-to-shift communication and operations
- Collaborate with other departments including Quality and Shipping
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure production goals are met
- Provide coaching, feedback, and evaluations for team members
- Maintain knowledge of key production systems and tools
- Support plant initiatives focused on safety, quality, and efficiency
- Occasionally provide coverage for night shifts when needed
What We're Looking For:
- Prior supervisory experience in manufacturing
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, as many team members are Spanish-speaking
- Timekeeping and scheduling experience preferred
