Senior Web Designer
We’re looking for a creative and strategic Senior Web Designer to lead the design of high-performing websites. In this role, you’ll collaborate with teams across content, marketing, and development to create user-friendly, accessible, and visually engaging digital experiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
- Design responsive layouts, UI components, and features using tools like Figma.
- Maintain and evolve the design system for consistency and flexibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.
- Prepare clean, developer-ready files and support implementation.
- Use analytics tools to monitor performance and guide improvements.
- Support A/B testing and conversion optimization efforts.
- Ensure accessibility and performance standards are met.
- Occasionally create assets for digital and print campaigns.
- Foster a positive, feedback-driven design culture.
What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience in web, UX/UI, or digital product design.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.
- Experience with data-informed design and conversion-focused projects.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like GA4, Mixpanel, or Microsoft Clarity.
- Experience maintaining a design system.
- Front-end development knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress).
- Experience with digital advertising and A/B testing.
- Designing for accessibility or older audiences.
