About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Sales for its Consumer Brands division. The successful candidate will be tasked with setting the vision and strategic direction for large consumer brands sales teams, with a focus on delivering industry-leading results. This role is pivotal in driving top and bottom-line growth, deepening customer partnerships, and achieving consistent market share growth across various retail channels. The SVP will be responsible for leading a high-performing national sales team, advancing strategic relationships with major retail accounts, and overseeing trade promotion planning to maximize shelf presence. A key priority is to accelerate net sales growth, expand market share leadership, and deliver cost productivity while ensuring outstanding service to all customers. Applicants for the Senior Vice President of Sales position should have a minimum of 15 years of sales leadership experience, ideally in the CPG food industry, with an MBA preferred. The role requires a deep understanding of U.S. retail channels and CPG sales fundamentals, a strong track record in sales management and trade marketing leadership, and a proven ability to lead customer teams for high-growth businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of trade strategy, forecasting, and promotional ROI analysis, with a preference for those with a comprehensive understanding of the Walmart Inc. ecosystem.
