Job Description:
Deloitte is seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the development and enhancement of Salesforce-based solutions in a fast-paced, enterprise-level environment. This is a remote position and ideal for professionals who possess deep expertise in Apex programming , Lightning Web Components (LWC) , and Salesforce architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Customize Salesforce platforms to meet client-specific business requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Guide and mentor junior developers, performing code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and quality in all development work.
Required Skills:
- 12+ years of IT experience with Salesforce development .
- Expert-level experience in Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and queueable Apex .
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
- Experience with Salesforce integration patterns , API management, and third-party integrations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture , data modelling, and best practices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools , version control (Git), and DevOps processes for Salesforce.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
