✅ Required expertise:
- 4-6 years relevant product design experience
- B2B Saas experience - enterprise tooling exposure would be particularly relevant
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present a rationale for design decisions
- Advanced understanding of user experience principles
- Advanced knowledge of Figma and other industry standard design tools
- An expert understanding of the design and product development processes
- Knowledge of website structure and functionality; understanding of how web-based
- Technologies that apply to web design, such as HTML, Flash, CSS, and AJAX
