Job Summary
We are currently seeking skilled and detail-oriented Screen Printing Operator to join our production team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining screen printing equipment to produce high-quality printed apparel and products.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret work orders for screen printing jobs
- Design screen patterns according to customer specifications
- Select and prepare screens, inks, emulsions, and materials
- Load and align screens onto the press machine
- Calibrate screen printing machines before production runs
- Operate machines and monitor quality during production
- Troubleshoot printing issues as needed
- Dry, fold, and package finished products
- Clean equipment and workstations after each job
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in screen printing (required)
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Comfortable working with inks, chemicals, and manual machinery
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or in a team
- Fast learner, reliable, and accurate with data recording
- Ability to recall and interpret abbreviations/job codes
