Responsibilities:
- Provide internal, on-going system/technical support to users, including training, maintaining proper system access for all roles and user requests
- Ensure design of system allows all components to work properly together
- Responsible for the development and implementation of new solutions and processes
- Troubleshoot problems reported by users and analyze and isolate issues
- Maintain documentation of key operational processes, system improvements and their revisions
- Manage configuration changes to fields, workflows, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports and dashboards
- Develop, test and deploy Salesforce/NetSuite customizations and new functionality based on changing business needs
Requirements:
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems preferred
- Certified in both Salesforce and NetSuite
- 3+ years of Software Engineering experience
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and NetSuite administration and configuration experience in complex environments
- Ability to produce clear and concise documentation
- Clear, effective verbal and written communication skills including the ability to actively listen, problem solve and communicate effectively with both technical and business users
- Must be detail oriented with the ability to think logically for interpreting and analyzing problems
