The Windsor of Savoy in Savoy, IL is an affiliate of Greencroft Communities in Goshen, IN.

We are currently growing our team with the addition of two RN Weekend Clinical positions in our assisted living and memory care units!

Are you a compassionate and experienced RN with a passion for senior care? Are you dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our senior residents living in Assisted Living and Memory Care? Are you currently licensed as a Registered Nurse by the State of Illinois?

Schedules:

1. Every Saturday and Sunday evenings, 3 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. (16 hours/week; 32 hours/pay period)
2. Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday days, 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (24 hours/week; 48 hours/pay period)

Pay Range: $30.93 - $45.18 (Plus applicable weekend shift incentives)

Job Description:

The Windsor Registered Nurse utilizes a systematic approach to nursing by incorporating assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in the practice of nursing. The RN will provide healthcare to individuals, families, and communities within the RN scope of practice as defined by the Illinois Board of Nursing and will believe in the values of customer-centered service, stewardship, ethical conduct and reflection, open communication, and fair treatment of all residents, family and team members.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Licensed as Registered Nurse by the State of Illinois
• Must maintain RN license as required by the facility or the state
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
• Experience caring for residents with Alzheimer and Dementia related diagnosis
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
