Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Registered Professional Land Surveyor located in Harlingen or Austin, TX. The Land Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing topographic surveys, land surveying, reviewing plats, developing title surveys, developing field notes, and managing our various survey crews. The role will include client management, field crew management, and general marketing.

Qualifications

• Skills in Topographic Surveys and Land Surveying
• Proficiency in reviewing and sealing title surveys, ALTA surveys, and topographic/improvement surveys
• Experience in construction staking
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Licensed as a Registered Professional Land Surveyor in Texas
• Experience in using Trimble software and AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Desire to grow a team and manage field crews
