Job Title: Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS)
Location: Houston, TX
MUST HAVE:
- RPLS license in Texas
- Experience with commercial projects
- Experience conducting ALTA/NSPS land title surveys
- Experience with topographic surveys , plats, and subdivision mapping
- Minimum 2 years of relevant surveying experience
- Associate’s degree in Surveying or related field
- Proficiency in CAD and survey software (e.g., Carlson OEM, Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center)
- Valid Texas driver’s license and appropriate auto insurance
NICE TO HAVE:
- RPLS license in Oklahoma
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working in cloud-based systems and fast-paced environments
