🌟 Position Overview
Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) 👩⚕️
Location: West Palm Beach, FL (ZIP 33405) 📍
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM 🕘, with alternating weekends 🔄
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year (preferably with children within the autistic spectrum) 👶🧩

🛠️ Functions and Responsibilities
- Adhere to and support MACtown Inc. policies and procedures
- Communicate openly with BCaBA/BCBA regarding service delivery and client availability
- Review and implement Behavior Support Plans
- Complete daily service logs and data collection
- Track acquisition goals and behavior reduction data
- Implement de-escalation strategies
- Support families and caregivers
- Assist in report development and assessments
- Attend meetings and submit documentation
- Ensure safety, quality assurance, and infection control standards
🎓 Qualifications
- 🎓 High School Diploma or equivalent
- 🚘 Valid Florida Driver’s License
- 📄 RBT Certificate (must be licensed)
- 📚 Completion of 20-hour BA certification annually
- 💪 Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform extended standing/lifting
- 🚫 No felony charges in the past 10 years
- 🧪 Must pass a drug screening
- 🧭 Completion of probationary period with orientation
