The Opportunity

Wage Rate: $23.49/hour

Second & Third Shift Bonus: Extra $1.00/hour

Retention Program:

• $300 after completing 90 days
• $1,000 conclusion bonus after 9 months

Your Duties:

• Proficiently operate machinery including Forklifts, Payloader, and Lot Truck.
• Acquire expertise in mill equipment controls and operations.
• Detect and troubleshoot any anomalies in machinery performance.
• Master and oversee Baghouse equipment efficiency.
• Responsible management of all material transfers.
