Job Responsibilities :
- Source and recruit top talent for various roles – cold calling, messaging, texting, emailing, etc.
- Generate leads & referrals from daily conversations
- Manage talent pipeline within ATS/CRM systems
- Manage requisition load in a remote capacity
- Network & engage with candidates from various backgrounds
- Work in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment
- Overcome daily obstacles
- Improve recruitment skills daily
- Other projects as assigned

- 0-2 years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience - agency/staffing firm experience welcome!
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Grinder/hunter mentality - Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Willing to learn and develop in this industry
- SD local - points if you're from North County
- Comfortable with commission-based work model (potential to make $80k+ year one)
