One of our direct clients is urgently looking for a QA Testing Engineer @ Redmond OrPuyallup WA . TITLE: QA Testing Engineer (Manual/Hybrid) - On-site LOCATION: Redmond OrPuyallup WA (On-site is a must) - No remote DURATION: 6 to 12+ Months DESCRIPTION: This role requires the tech to be onsite in both Redmond and Puyallup, WA. We expect the role to be 30-40 hours per week. NOTES: * Project involves testing Augmented Reality based devices. Work is mainly testing software part running on hardware. No automation is required. It is manual end-to-end testing. Requires to go to office and testing lab on a daily basis. BASIC QUALIFICATION: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent. 1-2 Years industry experience in software testing. Strong knowledge of QA methodology and tools. PREFERRED QUALIFICATION: Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience troubleshooting issues and root cause analysis independently. Attention to detail, and the ability to pick up new tools and technologies quickly. Experience working closely with multiple development teams to communicate status, impact and risk and business teams to understand business requirements. Strong organizational skills, demonstrated ability to track multiple test executions simultaneously and report results.
