Project Manager – Commercial Roofing

Dallas, TX

$100k – $110k

Take control and lead high-impact commercial roofing jobs from start to finish.

This role gives you full ownership of complex roofing and waterproofing projects with direct access to leadership, decision-making authority, and the opportunity to build lasting client relationships.

This company is a national commercial roofing contractor who generate a revenue of $90k and have 50 core team members.

What You’ll Do

• Run commercial roofing projects from kick off to closeout
• Coordinate subs, vendors, and crews to hit deadlines and budgets
• Review contracts, scopes, and submittals — and hold everyone accountable
• Report financials and manage material procurement
• Maintain strong client relationships and secure repeat business

What you need

• 3+ years of construction or roofing experience
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems
• Confident communicator who can lead teams and talk to clients
