Your Role

As a Phlebotomist in Franklin, WI, you will be the face of our company, delivering exceptional customer service while performing skilled blood specimen collections. This role offers a chance for continuous growth within our organization, and we are excited to welcome someone who is reliable, communicative, and flexible.

Work Schedule

Friday, Saturday, Sunday & (1) alternating weekday: 3:30 AM - 7:30 AM. Rotating holidays.

Your Responsibilities
  • Perform blood collections using venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
  • Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests.
  • Accurately enter patient information and process billing as needed.
  • Prepare specimens for testing and maintain patient logs.
  • Deliver superior customer service to all patients.
  • Handle administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
  • Travel to additional sites when required.
What You Need
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is preferred.
  • Previous experience as a phlebotomist is a plus.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to work overtime as needed.
  • Able to pass a standardized color blindness test.
