Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) at Care Options for Kids summary:

Pediatric Registered Nurse - Chestnut Hill & Roxborough Areas

• $45-$48/hour

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse at COFK! The RN will play an essential role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of individuals by providing direct medical care, health education, and preventive services. This position requires strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.

Experience/Requirements:

• Two (2) years of both pediatric tracheostomy care and ventilator management nursing experience (performed in an RN or LPN role; able to work without a Respiratory Therapist)
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments while monitoring responses.
• Provide quality care to our medically fragile infants and children
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records in accordance with HIPAA
• Valid Driver’s License
• Clear criminal background

Shifts:

• 12-hour shifts (full time would be three 12-hour shifts Mon–Fri):
  • Day Shift 7:00am – 7:00pm
  • Night Shift 7:00pm – 7:00am

Education/License/Certification:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania.

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate’s degree (ADN) with relevant experience considered.
