At Austin Center for Endodontics we are committed to providing exceptional care in a supportive and welcoming environment. We are looking for a skilled, compassionate Part-time Dental Assistant to join our team and help deliver outstanding endodontic treatment.

The schedule would be Tuesdays and Thursday 8-5 with Fridays as needed.
Responsibilities
- Assist the doctor during a variety of endodontic procedures, ensuring both efficiency and patient comfort.
- Welcome patients and guide them through their treatment experience, helping them feel comfortable and informed.
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms according to strict sterilization and cleanliness protocols; sterilize and organize instruments.
- Take X-rays and scans as needed to support treatment.
- Accurately document patient information and clinical notes in charts.
- Perform administrative tasks using a computer and dental software (EndoVision).
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred but not required.
- Customer service experience (1+ years) is a plus — we value a friendly, patient-focused approach.
- Certification or an associate degree from an accredited dental assisting program is a bonus but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with computer-based tasks and dental software.
- Professional, reliable, and positive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
