Job Description Job Description Job Description: We are seeking a full-time Immigration Paralegal to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about helping immigrant communities. You will work directly with attorneys to manage client cases and support filings before EOIR, USCIS, and other immigration agencies. Responsibilities: Prepare and file immigration applications (I-589, I-130, I-601A, EOIR motions, etc.) Draft declarations, support letters, and legal exhibits Maintain accurate case files and track deadlines Communicate with clients in a professional and compassionate manner Conduct research and organize country conditions evidence Assist with translations (Spanish or Vietnamese fluency a plus) File documents electronically through EOIR and USCIS portals Qualifications: 1+ years of immigration law experience preferred Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate required Excellent writing and organizational skills Bilingual (Spanish or Vietnamese) strongly preferred Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software (e.g., Docketwise, Clio) Company Description The Law Office of Matthew H.
