What You’ll Do:
- Lead and supervise daily operations across production and warehouse teams.
- Ensure safety, quality, and operational procedures are consistently followed.
- Train and mentor team members on processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production and customer requirements.
- Monitor and report on production metrics, including efficiency, safety, and quality.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Oversee inventory management and accurate documentation of work orders.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools and forklift operation (certification preferred or willingness to become certified).
- Ability to read blueprints, cut sheets, and work instructions.
- Proven track record of promoting and enforcing a safety-first culture.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing operations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment.
