About Edgemine
Edgemine is a leading womens fast fashion company based in Los Angeles, specializing in designing and manufacturing contemporary styles for the multiple markets. With a global production network and multiple brands under our umbrella, we operate at the intersection of creativity and operational excellence.We are in the midst of a NetSuite ERP implementation and are looking for a NetSuite Specialist to help project manage this transition, oversee testing and onboarding, and ensure a smooth company-wide rollout. Once the implementation is complete, this individual will serve as the primary NetSuite administrator and point of contact for troubleshooting, ongoing system development, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities Implementation & Project Management (80% complete)
- Oversee and manage the UAT stage, ensuring that key workflows all work.
- Work closely with department heads, the implementation partner, and IT teams to configure NetSuite to best suit Edgemines operational needs.
- Conduct thorough testing, troubleshooting, and debugging before full deployment.
- Develop and execute company-wide onboarding and training programs to ensure smooth adoption.
Post-Implementation Support & Development
- Serve as the NetSuite administrator, handling system configurations, customizations, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and financial tracking to support business insights.
- Provide ongoing training and support to team members.
- Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations teams to ensure NetSuite aligns with evolving business needs.
- Identify and implement workflow automations and process improvements within NetSuite.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of NetSuite administration/implementation experience (preferably in the fashion, wholesale, or e-commerce industries).
- Strong project management skills with experience in ERP implementations and company-wide onboarding.
- Knowledge of NetSuite modules, including inventory management, accounting, order processing, reporting and WMS
- Ability to create and manage saved searches, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
