Your Responsibilities
•Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, grounds, and equipment
•Handle tasks such as:
•Minor electrical and plumbing repairs
•Appliance repair and wall patching
•HVAC troubleshooting
•Prepare units for new residents
•Maintain grounds year-round (landscaping, snow removal)
•Respond promptly to service calls and a rotating on-call schedule
What We’re Looking For
•High School diploma or GED
•1 year in maintenance or related field
•Valid NM Driver’s License
• Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required
• Must maintain a high level of customer service at all times
