Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

The Logistics Customer Service Representative is a representative of the company's culture and values. Primary responsibilities include order processing, production coordination, freight and logistics planning, customer service and good product knowledge. This is a fast-paced, time critical role that reports to the Customer Success Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Processes orders via phone, email, messaging, or EDI into SAP and Quick Books.
  • Coordinates with production rush requests, new items or special requests.
  • Work directly with the Production Coordinator on orders not fulfilled at 100%.
  • Process shipping paperwork in preparation for billing through accounting.
  • Provide order tracking and work with carriers on delivery delays/service interruptions.
  • Works with carriers and freight forwarders to arrange both domestic and international freight.
  • Answer customer questions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with Sales as needed to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Provide documentation to meet customer needs.
  • Handle and track customer complaints.
  • Track customer interactions through Hubspot.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
Schedule: M-F 8-5pm
Location: Apopka
Pay: $20/hr
