Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support their client in the Petersburg, VA area. This person will be responsible for rail equipment management to lead the allocation, tracking, pricing, routing of rail cars across the country for manufacturing operations. A successful person in this role knows the intricacies of the US railroad system and companies and utilizes a strong customer facing approach in order to fulfill their job responsibilities.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in railroad/car logistics, transportation and/or fleet operations.
Strong understanding of the NA railways and systems
Experience with ERP platforms for data analysis and reporting.
