Work Details

- Lane Info: Drop & hook all day; traffic is the main challenge
- This is a slip-seat account. Trucks are parked at the San Bernardino yard, and work consists of transferring bare chassis from ramp to ramp as needed
- Up North deliveries and pickups. Ross out of Shafter, CA – preloads, Walmart del into Lebec, CA – drops. Mandatory to cover. Auto dispatch account, drivers do not choose their routes. Drivers run at least their full 11 hour drive. Sometimes they may run their full 14 hr clock depending on the freight demands of the day.
- Intermodal account that crosses in the Inland Empire, LA area. - 5 ramps we run out of Long Beach, Los Angeles, Commerce, City of Industry, Bloomington. - Going up North on the grapevine is apart of the account. Shafter/Lebec areas. - Slip seat account. Trucks are parked at our San Bernardino yard .
Requirements
Must have a valid CDL A license and at least 3 months of CDL driving experience.
Benefits
Hourly Rate: $19.25 per hour + $18.71 per stop with 3-6 stops daily on average
Weekly Mileage: ~1,500
