Responsibilities
1. Engage with customers through live chat to answer questions and resolve issues
2. Provide accurate, timely information about Laboratory Express services and processes
3. Assist with order tracking, account setup, service inquiries
4. Escalate-unresolved concerns to the appropriate department
5. Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions
6. Document chat interactions and update customer records in CRM systems.
7. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience through feedback.
Qualifications
1. Previous experience in live chat, online support, or customer service preferred.
2. Strong written communication skills and typing ability
3. Ability to multi-task and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
4. Tech-savvy and comfortable with chat platforms and CRM tools
5. Strong problem solving skills with customer first approach
6. Reliable, detailed-oriented, and able to work independently
