We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Remote Live Chat Agent to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience through live chat communication.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, troubleshooting, and other support needs.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Follow company policies and procedures during customer interactions.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest solutions.
- Manage multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining quality service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or similar online support role.
- Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Comfortable using live chat software, CRM tools, and other digital communication platforms.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Preferred Qualifications:
