Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to client care, possesses strong technical skills, and thrives in a professional spa environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform customized massage treatments including Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Prenatal, and Therapeutic modalities.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Maintain a professional and luxurious spa experience for clients.
• Educate clients on self-care techniques and recommend spa services.
• Ensure a clean and organized treatment space.
• Adhere to all state licensing requirements and spa policies.

Qualifications:

✅ Active NC Massage Therapy License (required).
✅ Experience in various massage techniques; additional certifications (cupping, lymphatic, sports massage) are a plus!
✅ Strong communication and customer service skills.
✅ Ability to maintain a calm and welcoming presence for clients.
