We’re looking for a Leadership Development Manager to help build the next generation of leaders at Diamond C Trailers.

As our Leadership Development Manager , you’ll design, launch, and lead training programs that build better leaders across every level of our manufacturing organization—from new team leads to senior leaders. You’ll report to our Director of Culture & Leadership and play a key role in our succession planning, coaching, and cultural engagement strategies.
This role is a mix of strategic program design , hands-on coaching , and culture shaping . You’ll be working directly with talented leaders who are eager to grow—and you’ll guide them with the tools, frameworks, and mindset they need to succeed.
🚀 What You’ll Do:
🧠 Develop Leaders
- Design and facilitate leadership programs for frontline, mid-level, and senior leaders.
- Deliver engaging workshops, coaching sessions, and hands-on learning experiences.
- Build blended learning models: in-person, virtual, mentorship, self-paced.
🔁 Drive Succession Planning
- Help create a talent pipeline by identifying and growing high-potential individuals.
- Partner on Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and growth tracks.
🤝 Coach, Mentor & Empower
- Offer one-on-one coaching to emerging leaders.
- Develop peer mentorship programs and equip leaders with tools for strong team dynamics.
🎯 Track Success
- Use 360° feedback, pulse surveys, and performance data to measure growth.
- Report on leadership impact to senior leadership monthly.
👤 About You:
- You’re an experienced leadership developer with a passion for helping others grow.
- You’ve led successful leadership programs and coached a variety of leaders.
- You’re a confident facilitator —comfortable leading workshops and mentoring others.
- You have manufacturing leadership experience and understand real-world challenges.
- You communicate clearly, coach with empathy, and drive accountability.
- You’re bilingual (English & Spanish) and can connect across diverse teams.
✅ What You Bring:
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years in leadership or organizational development.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentorship experience.
- Background in succession planning and performance coaching.
- Leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Bilingual – English & Spanish fluency required.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience using tools like DISC, 360s, StrengthsFinder.
- Background in adult learning, instructional design, or L&D tech platforms.
