They are seeking a skilled Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer to join their engineering team and support the design, maintenance, and optimization of electrical and automation systems within a modern manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize electrical and instrumentation systems for advanced manufacturing processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving control systems, sensors, actuators, and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Lead and support preventive maintenance initiatives for instrumentation and electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop system documentation, including schematics, manuals, and technical reports.
- Support integration of new technologies and continuous improvement efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Automation, or a related technical field.
- >5 years of hands-on experience in electrical/instrumentation engineering within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming, sensors, actuators, and control systems .
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MATLAB, or other engineering software tools.
- Familiarity with safety standards (such as NFPA, IEC, ISO).
Preferred Attributes
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience with high-volume or high-tech production environments.
- Experience designing and implementing solutions and able to work collaboratively with peers across functions
