Main Responsibilities:- 1:1 Coaching Where appropriate identify staff for coaching, which typically takes place one-on-one. Assess engineer’s English level and prepare coaching sessions in line with business needs. Provide coaching feedback to engineers on areas of improvement.- Workshops Deliver and prepare workshops in soft skills and cross-cultural communication topics according to business needs.- Quality Monitoring Monitor engineer’s level of English, intercultural skills for phone calls, emails, and chat messaging. Develop coaching plan in line with staff performance and consultation with team managers. - Other: Conduct English interview assessments for new hire candidates. Provide proofreading services for FAQs, emails, templates, etc. Work with the LanSpec team in developing new projects. Position reports to on-site client manager.
