Responsibilities
- Comfortable screening inbound, managing pipelines, and running phone screens

- Tech/startup or agency background a plus
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or modern recruiting tools helpful, not required
Qualifications
- Experience: 26 years in related recruiting roles (Recruiting Coordinator, Jr. Sourcer, or Jr. Recruiter)
- Full-Cycle Recruiting (1-3 years) running requisitions end-to-end: intake, sourcing, screening, scheduling, offers
- Managing multiple requisitions in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
- G&A functional knowledge: familiarity with corporate functions (HR, Legal, Finance, Policy)
- Ability to assess non-technical skill sets (e.g., employment law for Legal, FP&A for Finance, HRBP profiles, government/policy backgrounds)
- ATS & Recruiting Tools: hands-on use of systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, etc.); comfort with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms, and reporting dashboards
