This is a full-time on-site role for Junior and Senior Agents at Tri State Commercial Realty, located in New York, NY. Agents will be responsible for managing client relationships, sourcing and securing commercial properties, providing market analysis, negotiating terms, and closing transactions. Daily tasks include conducting property tours, maintaining property listings, liaising with landlords and tenants, and continuously updating market knowledge.
Qualifications
- Experience in commercial real estate, including sourcing and securing properties
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficient in market analysis and property valuation
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of New York City and Pennsylvania real estate markets is a plus
- Relevant licensure and certifications in real estate
