Human Resource Manager

$75,000 - $95,000 a year (Depending on Experience)
Job Summary:
A local leading distribution facility in Crossville is seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead HR operations and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies. This position is on-site and requires occasional travel to regional facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for both full-time and temporary roles
- Oversee annual performance evaluation processes
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies
- Handle conflict resolution, investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations
- Provide guidance on complex or sensitive HR matters
- Administer ADA accommodations as needed
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Support employee training, engagement, and development programs
- Travel to regional facilities as required
- Stay updated on HR trends and legal updates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR management (preferred)
- Strong experience and comfort with conflict resolution and terminations
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Must be able and willing to travel to multiple facilities
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs.
- Must be able to navigate and move throughout multiple departments and facility locations
