Responsibilities:
- Administer team member recognition and reward programs (e.g., Team Member of the Month, Perfect Attendance, Service Awards).
- Uphold and promote company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and standards.
- Oversee the completion of performance reviews, disciplinary notices, and attendance/vacation reports for hourly employees.
- Ensure the health and safety of all team members.
- Manage the administration of company benefits for both hourly and salaried employees.
- Investigate insurance claim concerns and clearly communicate resolutions to team members.
- Organize and coordinate the annual health risk assessment program.
- Conduct benefits orientations and keep employees informed about benefits procedures, updates, and changes.
- Plan and manage company events.
- Process and manage employee time-off requests.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Coordinate business luncheons and manage refreshments as needed.
- Serve as a backup for payroll processing duties.
- Support the Human Resources Manager with additional HR functions and special projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field required.
- 2 – 4 years’ experience in benefit administration.
- Ability to remain stationary for 75% of workday.
- Proficiency with MS Office systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
