SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR/Sales Assistant to support our busy staffing office. The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of sales and administrative tasks that support our recruiting and client service efforts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process new placements and support onboarding tasks including I-9, W4, background checks, drug screens, employment and education verifications, and reference checks
- Process E-Verify and complete unemployment forms as needed
- Enter new candidates into CRM system
- Maintain and update job boards to ensure listings are current and optimized
- Post job openings, manage requisitions, and review incoming applications
- Prepare reports as needed
- Conduct online research to identify new leads and accurately enter data into the CRM system
- Provide general administrative support for recruitment and client engagement activities
- Assist in planning and executing basic social media initiatives
- Distribute labor posters daily as required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior administrative or assistant-level experience, preferably in staffing, HR, or sales support
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with CRM systems or applicant tracking systems is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working with sensitive and confidential information
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and basic social media platforms
